Clear the jobs that have been waiting

Many customers do not have one job. They have a list — a shelf, a mirror, a curtain pole, a sticking cupboard door, a flat-pack item still in its box. Send the list together and I’ll confirm what can be completed in one calm, planned visit.

Small planned visit

From £95

Two or three smaller jobs, one room or nearby areas.

Half-day practical visit

From £165

Several standard household jobs across the home.

Full planned day

From £295

A larger household to-do list across several rooms.

Every visit is confirmed with a written quote listing the agreed jobs and assumptions. This is not an open-ended hourly booking.

Our Process

A calm, straightforward process

  1. Send a message. Send a description or photographs. If you have several smaller tasks, send them together.
  2. I review the job. I consider the location, materials, access, surface type and whether the work is suitable.
  3. You receive a written quote. The quote explains the work, assumptions, exclusions and fixed price.
  1. We agree the arrangements. We agree the date, arrival window, access and materials.
  2. The work is completed carefully. Floors, furniture and surrounding areas are treated with care.
  3. The area is left tidy. We review the work together and provide clear payment records.
Meet Your Local Handyman

Hi, I’m Trystan.

I live locally in Inchture with my partner and our young family. I am building Rockland Bespoke Living around a straightforward idea: practical work in someone’s home should be handled with care.

Alongside domestic projects, I am completing an NPA Multiskills course at UHI Perth to build formal practical knowledge across joinery, tiling, basic plumbing and general building skills.

I take on the work I can confidently and safely undertake. I will always be honest when a job needs a different specialist.

Considerate service

  • Clear communication before arrival
  • Care for floors, furniture and surrounding areas
  • WhatsApp, email, text or phone communication
  • Quiet and considerate working arrangements
  • Honest about what I can and cannot undertake
